Run your practice on the numbers, not the guesswork.
Premium, ready-to-use clinic dashboards for healthcare practices of every kind — in Power BI or Excel, built by a clinic data analyst. Connect your data, hit refresh, and run the whole practice on one calm screen.
Pick your practice. Plug in your data.
Each one is a complete, multi-page report — built for a single job, ready for your data. Now in Power BI & Excel.
Clinic Vitals
The whole clinic on one screen — health score, revenue, patients, providers & operations. For medical & dental practices.
View template →MedSpa Vitals
Memberships, injectables, rebooking & marketing ROI — built for med spas & aesthetic clinics.
View template →Google Ads for Clinics
Turn Google Ads exports into a patient-acquisition report — cost per patient, patient value & ROAS in clinical language.
If you can export visits & appointments, it fits — whatever system you run.
Try the numbers before the dashboard.
Five small calculators for the KPIs the dashboards track. Drag your own figures and see what they’re worth — nothing stored on a server, nothing to install.
Not a generic template.
Built for how practices actually run.
Built for healthcare
Every metric speaks your language — patients, no-shows, chair time, retention.
EMR-agnostic
Maps from three simple exports. Open Dental, Dentrix, athenahealth, Epic & more.
Live in ~15 min
Connect your data, hit Refresh. No warehouse, no consultant, no Pro license — in Power BI or Excel.
Boardroom-ready
Calm, premium design your managers will actually want to open.
“I built this for the clinic I work at first — then packaged it so other practices don’t have to start from scratch.”
Hi, I’m Olha — a data analyst at a multi-branch medical clinic. I spent months turning our messy exports into reporting our managers actually open every morning.
Lucid Vitals is that system, refined and made portable — real clinic metrics, calm design, and a setup any practice can do in an afternoon.
Or have it built on your own data.
If you’d rather not do the setup yourself, I build the dashboard on your own exports — once, or hosted and refreshed every night.
Custom build
Your KPIs, your locations, your naming — built around your exports and handed over. You own the file and the model.
Managed dashboard
A private address with a login for your team, refreshed nightly on a server I run and watched so you don’t have to.
Or start with a $150 pilot page on one month of your exports — credited back if you go ahead.
Founding-client pricing, first three practices.
Good questions.
Power BI or Excel — which edition should I get?
Get the Excel edition ($39) if you just want it to work — it opens in any browser, reads your Excel, nothing to install. Get the Power BI edition ($99) if your team already uses Power BI Desktop and wants the fully interactive .pbix report. Same clinic metrics either way.
Will these work with my system?
Yes — they’re EMR-agnostic. If you can export visits and appointments (nearly every EMR can), you’re set. A column-by-column mapping guide is included.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Point it at your data, click Refresh, type your practice name — a guided Getting Started page walks you through it. Same in both editions.
Can I customize it?
Fully — colours, labels and your practice name are quick edits. The Power BI edition is a standard Power BI model; the Excel edition is a self-contained dashboard you open in any browser.
Is this a subscription?
No — every template is a one-time purchase and you own the file. Updates are free. (The managed dashboard is the one thing here that is monthly, because someone has to keep the data flowing.)
Can you just build it for me?
Yes. A one-time custom build on your own data starts at $300 and you own it; a fully managed dashboard — hosted, refreshed nightly and maintained — is $600 to set up plus $99 a month. Or send one month of exports for a $150 pilot page first. Details in Done for you.
If you host it, where does my data live?
On a private server I run, and only aggregated figures — visit counts, revenue totals, utilisation by provider. No patient names, no clinical records, no PHI. If patient-level detail has to be part of it, I deploy the same dashboard inside your own cloud instead, so the data never leaves your control.
Do I need Power BI?
Only for the Power BI edition — that needs Power BI Desktop (free) and one free custom visual; no Pro or Fabric license. The Excel edition needs just a web browser, no Power BI at all.
Still have a question?
Mapping an unusual EMR, white-label for a multi-site group, whether a template or a build fits your case — ask before you spend anything. Prices for built-for-you work are in Done for you above.
