Will it work with my booking system?
Yes — MedSpa Vitals is system-agnostic. If you can export a spreadsheet from Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody, Aesthetic Record, Zenoti or most others, you’re set. A column-by-column mapping guide is included, and demo data is already loaded so it works the moment you open it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Drop your CSVs in a folder, set one parameter, and hit Refresh — a set of step-by-step PDF guides walks you through every step, even if you’ve never touched Power BI.
Do I need Power BI?
Only Power BI Desktop, which is free from Microsoft, plus one free visual (“HTML Content”). No Pro or Fabric license, no subscription.
Is my client data safe?
Completely. Everything runs on your own computer — your data never leaves your machine and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Do you support multiple locations?
